You selected the Birth+ stage

From Birth to 12 months, breastmilk or iron-fortified formula should remain your baby's main source of nutrition. During this stage, your baby will breastfeed on demand or need about 24 to 32 ounces of infant formula daily.

When your child reaches the Supported Sitter milestone, she may be ready to add solid foods to her diet.

Take our quiz: Is your baby ready for solid foods?

Our Nutrition Guide can help you learn more about feeding your child at this stage.
